Our Lake Armory LA-15 forged lower receivers are machined from 7075 forgings and finished in a matte black MIL-A-8625 Type III Class 2 hard-coat anodizing. We spec these lowers with tight tolerances and recommend using high quality parts kits to assemble for best fitment. Our favorites are SOLGW, BCM, Classified Defense, and Schmid.
